I could not find the rules on this kind of post so please let me know if this is inappropriate. This is not mine nor do I know anything about it, just thought someone might want it. I did block out the number just to be kind to the original seller.

Maybe so, but with California smog laws the cars from 1976 to the mid 80's either pass smog or get trashed.

True.  I'm on the wrong side of the nation to take advantage of it anyway, but I would certainly advise that no one go unaccompanied to check this out... Craigslist has been used for some weird things lately!  If anyone DOES actually get this car, let us know!!!  I would love to be proven wrong on this one!
