I always wanted to put a turbocharged 300" ford in-line 6 in my pinto back in the day.
Set it back behind the front axle c/L & hook it up to an automatic.
What are some of the other unusual pairings you've seen?

most of the stuff i have seen isnt in pintos they are in Rx7,ae86,240sx and stuff like that and i have seen everything from sr20det in a ae86 to a ls1 twin turboed in a rx7.

seems like no one wants to do the strange swap in pintos.

Its always 2.3T,smallblock ford,bigblock ford,or every once in a while a smallblock chevy or that one that has the ls1 twin turbo in it.

I think somone needs to squeeze a 2jz 6 cylinder out of a supra into a pinto with the capabilitys to pull 1200+ HP the would be a blast.
