Has any one put in an aftermarket cruise control?Which one and how well does it work. Id like to put one in mine before the Stampede next year.

A (80-85) Granada steering column will give you the control and tilt too. The part under the hood should be easy. Make sure you get one from a floor shift car.

Ive been wondering how they work myself. They seem fairly simple in design.

I have a genuine Ford dealer add-on cruise that I put on mine and it works great. I don't think they are available anymore though, parts manager gave it to me years ago. It has the buttons made into the turn signal stalk and it was a breeze to install. I also installed an audiovox unit on my son's old Sundance, got it from Summit and it worked really good as well.
