Work in Progress. Just a 289 car!
No thing as "just" a 289. Mine will run 12.30's all day
Hey put up some pics of that...
I am more of an engine guy so here are some pics.

What are the specs on the engine? My 289 is good for 12.30's but the car is really gutted as well. It makes about 233hp to the wheels. I have a few videos on Youtube of the car. Do a search for RSM and you should find them.
I meant 19rsm61 not RSM
Nice videos RSM
My 289 has ported and polished 289 HiPo heads with bigger valves. The block is a C5ae 5 bolt with 12.5:1, big solid cam, victor jr and Barry Grant Might Demon 750 dp. It is balanced and line bored with main studs and an SFI dampener. Behind the engine is a toploader and vertigate shifter. The rearend is a nodular unit with 5.43 gears. The body is completly gutted with the exception of the wiring needed to run on the street. I will be putting complete doors on it as I dont like the plexiglass in the gutted doors. I want to be able to roll up the windows and lock the doors!
