Title: How to put a 1986 5.0 in a 1973 pinto sw ?

I did a v8 in a 1977 hatch back but I think this will be way harder ?

The engine bay is smaller in the '71-'73's, you will have to modify the firewall, also, there are no frame or engine mounts available. However, it can be done! Check out my thread in the projects section called "71 V8 swap, let the fun begin" for a detailed step-by-step how to. Also look for my thread about making/installing sub-frame connectors.
