Hey, my car is running and almost done. Just a couple of loose ends. The engine block is from an 82 muststang. Everything else is from an older pinto. Rotor with points, carb without all the smog junk. No power brakes or power steering. I need to time it, and don't know what to time it too. any help?

TIMING SPECIFICATION
For your 1974 FORD PINTO:
TIMING SPECIFICATION 6 DEGREES BEFORE TOP DEAD CENTER
*SET AT WARM IDLE SPEED (750 RPM)
*DISTRIBUTOR VACUUM HOSE DISCONNECTED & PLUGGED
*ALL ACCESSORIES OFF
*TRANSMISSION IN DRIVE (PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED)
