I don't believe so...but there was a Mustang II Ghia Edition...which was basically a Mustang body on a Pinto frame and engine.  See attached picture.

From a Ghia owner (VW, that is)...

I SO want a Mustang II Ghia! Ghias also graced early Fox-body Mustangs/Capris and Granadas/Monarchs. Not sure about the Fairmonts/Zephyrs.  Locally there's a MII Ghia in root beer brown with white vinyl-top with the "pillow" on the vinyl. Sadly, a) it's trapped by a 5th wheel in the backyard with no way to move it (and the owner is renting that living space as well) and b) it has a good-sized rust cancer where the roof meets the windshield. It has factory a/c and is a '74. I want to adopt it so bad I can taste it!  My favorites are the MII Ghia V8s with the opera windows. Drool City!

Don't think the Fairmont/Zephyr line ever had a Ghia, unless you count the more recently produced Australian models.

The sportier, upgraded version of the 1978-83 Ford Fairmont was Futura, and for the Mercury Zephyr it was Z-7.

So, it does not look that hard to make a Pinto Ghia. This gives me an idea for my coupe. A 1/2 vinyl roof and a couple of emblems  :D

I was DROOLING I TELL YOU DROOLING!!!! looking at that Ghia. Gold with black vinyl-top and opera windows... there's also (or was) a white on white  Ghia. Sadly, the gold one is a '77- a smog year car. Still...sigh...
