Hey everyone,
I just had a lousy experience with an outfit in Southern California called Dealer Cost Audio. They sell car audio and other stuff like Dynamat, etc. online at www.dealercostaudio.com (http://www.dealercostaudio.com). I ordered a Dynamat hood liner for my runabout so I could have it for Fab Fords. I ordered it March 20, 2010. A week and a half later they said it was backordered, so I figured, fine, a couple more weeks. It never showed up and every time I e-mailed them they said 1-2 business days. It got to be May 10th, never got the part after asking every few days. They wouldn't even give me a refund ($79.00). I e-mailed the Better Business Bureau, they sent them a letter, and like magic, I got my refund. Hasn't shown up at my bank yet though. Oh yeah, they don't answer their phones either and have the most horrible hold music you ever heard, I'm sure to make you give up!!
Anyway, don't give them any business.
