Last weekend I bought a non-running 77 Cruising Wagon 2.3 w/4 speed trans. The guy even towed it to my house. My other CW is a '79 2.3 auto, and I prefer the 77-78 style and I am partial to manual trannys. I told myself to look for a complete running car, because the last thing I need is another project, but I could not pass this one up. The good news it that it quit running in 1992 at 107K miles, it has the oem mags, all of the CW 'goodies' are there, no rust, even the front air dam is there. The bad is there is pretty serious damage to the right rear corner, it has red interior (yuck!), and rodents have taken up residence inside! (they did not do too much damage though)
I'm going to post a pic of the body damage in the 'general help' forum to see if this car is worth fixing.
