Hi, If you have this book sitting on your shelf collecting dust, I will pay you to photo copy me the 2.8 section. (and anything else pertaining to building up a 2.8)
How to Build and Modify Ford 60 Degrees V-6 Engines by Sven Pruett
or does anyone know where I could happen to DL a scanned copy of this book in PDF?
thanks.
Give me a few days They have it at my local Library, I got it before and i will get again.
Was the book helpful with the 2.8? is it easier to photocopy or to scan it? and how much you want for helping me out?
thanks very much.
75bobcat, thanks for the offer. i was able to find out what I was looking for. i thank you for your great help, but i won't be needing it now.
cheers & thanks again!
Sorry i was not able to get to you in time lol. I did order it. I plan on searching some of the part numbers and seeing if i can find some of the items in it. and yes it was helpful and informative. I am going to get a 2.8l Long block from Checker and just keep my bobcat original on the motor area until I have the cash to go talk to a buddy of mine at ford, and use his discount to get the new 2011 motor/trans for it. till then I want a new block and heads to install till that point in time comes.
