On starter check to see if selenoid on wheel well is sticking closed. Oil filter see if there is old rubber gasket from last filter stuck on engine.  Fred   :)

The starter continuing to run is the solenoid on the fender or firewall. 15 bucks & 15 minutes work. Ditto what Fred said about the old gasket. Make sure there is only the new gasket & spin it on till it contacts the mounting point then turn it by hand about 3/4 turn. Dont use a wrench to tighten it, just your hand.
