Title: Ford SOHC Pinto high performance manual

Anyone have a source for a book by Des Hammill called: Ford SOHC Pinto/ Sierra cosworth DOHC engines High Performance Manual?  I have heard it is a very good book for info about tweaking up the 2.0 pinto motor. Thanks.
