Title: Airshocks
Post by: Pinto_Guy on January 22, 2005, 10:12:10 PM
Hello, I am looking for some airshocks for my 78 and I cant find them anywhere in Los Angeles. Is there a car that crosses with the Pinto for a close enough fit?

Thanks

Vince

Mustang II shocks are exactly the same , as it ALL the suspension on the Pinto (after all the Mustang II is based on the Pinto chassis)

Thanks guys.  It was so much easier when the auto parts places had the stuff on the shelf to look at and compare. Now all we have are snot nosed kids that dont know their a** from thier elbow. Its frustrating being a "Tinkerer" now-a-days.

I will have to go to the pick a parts this weekend with a shock in hand and come up with something that will work.

I'll keep you posted!
