Title: Front Main Seal (Crankshaft Seal) Replacement

How hard is it to replace this seal? Mine is leaking a little and I have to add a quart of oil once a month.

Would it be wiser to just change the oil pan gasket, and the rear main seal at the same time, or can it be done without dropping the pan?

The front seal is in the cover, simple to replace and no, you don't have to drop the pan.  :)
