Title: LED s
Post by: Stuwil on April 07, 2010, 07:45:57 AM
Workin on the grill. The blinker light basket mounts are both broken. One side even the lens is crumbling. The grill piece is good so I got an idea to make up a LED blinker assy. Cutting two pieces of plastic to the shape of the lens and drilling holes in a circle I mounted yellow LEDS (16). Thought about sand blasting the outter piece to help diffuse the light and it would also hide the LEDs. Problem   I think the blinker relay won't have enough draw to make it work, maybe a resistor short to ground. If this works, I'll market it.
