The MII pans are very hard to find. Sometimes you can get them on e-bay. You can get a low profile front sump racing pan from summit, jegs, ect, (Milodon). I have seen them in the e-bay stores as well.

Do a search on the Toledo Ohio Craig'sList under autoparts for mustang. I think the ad was posted March 12, but as of a week ago he still had most of the stuff. He had an oil pan and pickup listed for like $100. Not sure if he would ship or not. I bought a couple of II things from him. You need to call the phone number in the ad, email goes to his wife.
And I just deleted his phone number from my cell tonight.  :embarassed: His name is Todd.

I got one for a 302 from Kragen.  It is a standard front sump oil pan and has a little more angle than a MII, but should work.  Another option is to look at performance pans from companies like milodoon.

Been down that road with the stock 302 pan, it won't work. You need a MII pan or the Milodon.

Ran the stock 302 pan for over a year with no problem.

In order to get the engine and the swap headers to line up properly in the chassis I had to use the MII pan. But yea, if you don't mind the distribitor sticking up through the hood and the fan 2" past the radiator support then put a stock 302 pan on it. :reek:
Glad to see you found a MII pan boggs, I think you'll be much happier. :)
