A little more info please. What year bean, which engine, what modifications if any, what planned mods, and intended use. There are literally hundreds of coils on the market from a $10 stock type to $200 race pieces. Let us know, you'll get plenty of opinions here! JT

I personally use MSD blaster II coils in all my stock vehicles and has had good service with them, they even make models for Fords Slip on attachments for the spades that are common with the cars equipped   with the Duraspark II ignition system...

If it's a matter of budget go to your local Napa and get a Napa coil.

Best of luck

Most of the time budget and performance dont go hand in hand to be honest. If you just need it running, and dont mind waiting you can order a standard replacement coil online for decent prices as I recall. If you want performance msd is the way to go IMO, but they can be a little pricey.

Mom, did you get a coil? Are you talking about the coil that has a wire that goes to the distriburor? I have a Axxcel you can have cheap. Email me at  sharpe53@hotmail.com
I have a few other parts too from a stripped out car, even about 75% of an engine.
