Pinto Car Club of America

Hello everyone!
Vacaville [CA] Harley Davidson hosted a memorial custom car and bike show today, here are some pictures. There were 3 Pintos total, not bad for a small town!!! The Pintos included myself, Jon (SqueakyClean), and a fellow named Chris - he's not a PCCA member, but hopefully he will be soon! His car is the blue one.  I've also included my dad's '68 LeMans and Jon's parent's Ford pickup (1965)

Very nice, but one question-- Where is the white stuff all over

the place??   I haven't seen any green grass for months.

Haha! Snow in Vacaville?
Never...

It snows in California, but mostly in the mountains and high foothills. If the valleys ever see snow, it usually doesn't last more than a few seconds once it touches the ground.

You could always just move here =P

Folks don't often realize California has the highest mountain in the continental U.S (MT. Whitney) and the LOWEST point in the U.S. (Death Valley). The Sierra mountains have areas right now with snow packs of 30+ feet (not inches!)

That'd make for some killer Snowboarding... Ahh i miss big bear... ahh to snowboard again.. lol

Thanks for the pics.  I'm still kinda new at all this.  The engine picture with the chrome valve cover, is that a 2.3?  Thanks :smile:

Take Route 66 (or Hwy 10)  till you get to San Bernardino.  Then take Hwy 30/330 up to Big Bear Lake.

hi pintogal, i know where you can get the decal you are looking for. i got mine on ebay for $5.99 ea. you can look up on ebay the name nhpony or e-mail them @ rpcasey@earthlink.net hope this helps!
