I got my channels from topsdown.com.  They fit well but you have to take the door all apart.  They also carry the door seals and sweepers.
Only complaint  had was they are flimsier than the original.  however they seal adequately.

I bought mine from J.C Whitney. One roll per door and it was a perfect replacement and the best price I could find.
