Took the Pinto to the drag strip today for the first time. First pass was a 12.72 @ 107mph. Not bad for a first time in the car. The second and third runs were both 12.50 @ 107mph. The last pass I heated the crap out of the tires and went 12.26 again at 107mph. Not bad for a 289 powered Pinto!! :fastcar:

I'd say that's pretty darn good and you should be proud of your car?

I agree. Nice first time out. You ran respectible and it came back in one piece. Sounds like a good day at the drags.
