Title: Getting back into Pintos
Post by: yblock64 on October 04, 2009, 06:13:07 PM
Hello all-
My last Pinto was a 1972 trunk model, 2.0 4 speed with minor mods that was a lot of fun, good car too. That was back in the late 70's, early 80's. Now I have a 1979 trunk model that will receive a V8 transplant and a 1980 hatch with a built 2.3 and gutted interior that will be finished as a road race/street car to play around with. It has been quite a few years since I've tinkered with Pintos so I'm sure to have a lot of questions for the members. Great site and thanks to all that keep it going.

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad to get back into Pintos. I understand you have a nice V8. Looks great! I'll read your conversion posts to help with my conversion. Good job!
