Hello all! This Sunday is the yearly all Ford Picnic. We will be there around 8-9 am and we will park in the back by the palm trees. Its a nice, relaxing show at a very pretty park. Hope to see to see you all there even if you don't drive a Pinto or Bobcat there!

This Sunday is October 4th.
OOPS! Thanks!
Well, this was a fun weekend! Saturdays Japanese car show was a blast! We had so much fun there seeing cars that we haven't seen in years. From RX3s to Sunnys, Cosmos to 600s? this show was a marvel of the Japanese engineering of yesteryear. My favorite car there happened to be one of my favorite cars of all time, the 1979 Honda Accord 4 door sedan. This one was fully restored and had a modern Honda VTEC nestled between it's strut towers. The install and resto were so clean that this car looked factory. This car show definitely closed the door for me ever getting anything else american (actually, Fiats did that). I love the engineering and craftsmanship of these rising sun cars. Some were stock and some were insane. Either way, I can't wait to go to more vintage japanese shows in the future.

The La Palma park show this year was nice and relaxing, the way I like it. We all sat around today talking and napping (lovepants72). The weather was perfect? 72 degrees with a blue sky, puffy forgiving clouds and green grass (mostly). I walked away from there being honored with the best in class award for my 77 wagon, Veronica, that I just completed. What a way to finish a resto!

Cool pics Alberto, did Thomas get his engine back together or is that Barths car?
That's barths car. Thomas is working with Esslinger to build his motor. He now has a 11:1 compression motor with head work, a header, a 580 lift cam and dual webers. it should move pretty well!
Wow sounds like Mikes Boss ,guess he'll have to burn race fuel also.
nice shot of plumbers crack thomas!!!!maybe nice show is it a time for pinks with mike and thomas gotta see that!!! chris :fastcar:
