Post by: herbie91 on September 29, 2009, 06:50:14 PM
A stock pinto rim had what size tires? I'm purchasing a pinto and it needs new tires but I don't have the car.

its a 1980.

My '74 has P155/80R13 tires and my '73 has P175/80R13 tires. The '74 is a Runabout like the red one you're getting and the other one is a wagon. I believe the passenger door tag gives the tire recommendations but maybe that's only inflation recommendations. Help, someone! lol.

my door sticker only shows Bias sizes (A-78, B-78) I've used every size from 155/80r13 up to 185/75r13 on stock rims(including "sr" sizes). Running 14s now, 185/60 front and 215/70 bac
