Perhaps a bit soon to toll the bell, but....
...it's been months since I have seen Matt post out here. I sent him a manuscript probably two months ago in anticipation of the next issue, he told me he had received it, but no chance to read it over since he was busy with his students. I sent another message this past weekend with no reply.
I sure hope this is not an indication of the future of the mag. Certainly I understand his business, just hope that we will have another shot at what I personally though was a remarkable, outstanding effort on his part. I have and will continue to look forward to the next issue.
Chris
Same here!!! Remaining hopeful!
Dwayne
Same here, I'm looking forward to the next issue too!!!
:) ???
Pinto Times isn't dead. I responded earlier today to the e-mail/submission from Pintoman, I just haven't been to the site lately as things are a bit rough right now. A family member is very ill and Hospice is on the scene. I have several articles put together already, plus a good number of photos and what not. If anyone has anything they would like to submit, now would be a good time. One thing I would love to see is a good project for this issue. I just don't have one that I can complete at the moment, so unless someone else has something available, I will move forward without one. Sorry about the holdup guys, just a lot going on and it's only going to get worse for a while. The issue will be at the printers within a week or two at the most though, so don't worry.
Did my article make the cut? ;D
Chris
Yes, I think it looks real good. I sent you an e-mail earlier today, did you not receive it?
Wrote you back, thanks. I know you are short on time, I >may< be able to throw something else together in two weeks.
Chris
Have at it if you will. Sorry to be short, just a lot to handle these days.

Take care of your family- that's more important than the mag, we will all be here when you are ready, Let me know if I can help...
God Bless-
Scott
I second that, just went through the hospice deal a few months ago, I feel your pain. :'( Family comes first, everything else,...later. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Matt, please accept my sympathy for the grave illness of your loved one. Do what you have to do. We're pulling for you. (hug)
Same here! My family just went through all this too and I know how difficult it can be! Take care!
Dwayne
Thanks all, I appreciate it.
I hope things are getting better. Don't worry about the mag sir, just worry about the family.

The delay in the next issue is due to family issues I'm having here. My mother is terminally ill and my brother has been diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable throat cancer, and my younger sister has been largely incapacitated for a month and I'm transporting her son everywhere. I'm taking care of the exteriors of 3 houses and one business where grass goes up and leaves come down, and I work two jobs and own another business. The magazine is not dead, finished or anything else. I'm just working very hard on other issues and trying to fill gaps. If you have articles or photos you would like to send for the next issue, please do.
Matt please take your time.Family comes first and I hope that everything works out real soon,Harley.
