Title: Power vs. Manual brake master cyl
Post by: popbumper on September 21, 2009, 01:48:23 PM
...any physical differences between the two? In terms of reservoir size(s) or construction? Please let me know, thanks. Convering over to power brakes, wondering if I can just pop my new manual master cyl onto my power brake booster and run with it.

RockAuto lists these as difefrent part numbers, which has me wondering....

Fittings? As for the brake lines? I realize the manual system has a long "lever" from the brake pedal to the master, where the booster for the power setup has an integral lever...

Please elaborate if you can.
