Title: How to guage sale value of my Pinto??
Post by: mr micycle on August 06, 2009, 03:05:25 PM
Hello,

I have a 74 brown Squire wagon which runs well but needs new tie rod ends and is rusting out. Lots of fading in the carpet and wood paneling. Only 80K miles but long story short it might be more of a parts car at this point. I'm moving to NYC, don't feel like storing the thing.. it's just time to let go.  :(

How on Earth do I gauge what to sell it for in such a case? I haven't the faintest idea - the car has been with me forever and has a ton of sentimental value, but... any suggestions of where I can go to get a feel for what to price it at?

Thanks for any pointers.

-Mike

location and pictures will help  but the market is everchanging i have seen  squire wagons needing very little going under $1800 and other wagons for under $1000  and sedans priced very well at $1500

get some pics and post it up here on the forum, you never know it might be a worth while investment for someone here.
