OK i am just about talked myself into buying a 77 rally pinto. I plan to use a lot of parts from the 77 on my car such as the steering column and steering wheel. No i don't plan to use the special dash pod or the special gauge cluster for the dash so those will go to whoever needs them.
What I need to know is do the fenders and doors interchange>>>>??? if that is so then i would think that the inertior panels woiuld also swap out as both are hatchbacks. BTW: it has the BIG glass hatch and it looks to be in good condition. There is also a running 4pd drive train too.
I almost have myself talked into buying it. what I didn't say was floors and alot of the front frame is totally rotted away and not salvageable and that is why it will be a parts car. Did i mention it has rally wheels too? {no caps}.
so let me know please.

All of the body parts and interior parts are the same. I say go for it! Oh, and BTW, (looking down sheepishly :look:) I could maybe use the rubber headlight doors and the grill (that won't fit your '75) if they are any good! :D
The grill is not worth much but I think the headlite doors are ok. I will check it out and let you know. I wil put you on a list i am starting for peopl who want parts...
