Title: SB Pinto, no. MII, perhaps...
Post by: powderblue76 on June 19, 2009, 05:43:10 PM
I have been knocking around the idea of sticking the 289/C4 in shop into my '76, but have had a problem with jacking around with the stone stock Pinto.
As I would like a V8 mini car, I started looking and found a great '76 MII Cobra for 2K, and the little bell went off.
A V8 "almost" Pinto, with the work already done, and no Pinto would be harmed in the process.
Now to get the funds together.

Mustang IIs are gaining respect, slowly. They will be collectible in due time.

I seem to remember a guy named "Cactus Jack" something who had a Mustang II with about 514 inches of BBF in it...so you'll get no disrespect from me.
I wonder whatever became of that guy...    ;-)

Years ago there was a guy in San Bernardino county who drove a Bigfoot version of an orange MII sedan. Man was that car awesome!!!
