Pinto Car Club of America

I can't seem to be able to post this in the car show section, so am posting it here.

I have been out of pocket and not around the site much in the past 6-9 months due to needing to devote time to my family.

I am posting this to see if there is any interest to get together the last weekend of June here in Tulsa. I have bought a place in Sapulpa (SE of Tulsa proper) and can host a Pinto gathering.

I know it is late planning, certainly not a Central Regional Meet as before, but there are several of us close and certainly where two or three Pinto's meet, a car show shall break out! At least a campout, cookout and lots of fun.

If anyone is interested....Frank, Pintaro, ThunderPinto, PollyAl, those who know the landscape here....chime in please.

Good to hear from you... have missed your posts!  I sure wish a trip back to Tulsa was in the cards for this year but I don't think we're too likely to go anywhere.  Gloria's health has deteriorated considerably since last summer and she really isn't up to a trip of that magnitude right now.  If you manage to arrange this get-together, please consider me as being there in spirit!

Good to hear from you as well. It was a pleasure meeting your family last year. I totally understand your not being able to make it out this year. I am sorry to hear your wife's health deterioration. Place family and health first and foremost. That is what I have been dealing with for the past six months, keeping me from planning and hosting a Central meet this year. There is plenty of time in the future to play with our cars.
