I am looking for somebody or bodies that know C3 transmission. I just scored a complete trans, convertor and flexplate for a Pinto and I need to know more about them. I know they are the bastard stepchild to the C4 but i also know that Joe morgan used them and ran some pretty quick ets so somebody has to know about them.
Any help???

I have a C3 in my wagon, dont know much about them, but i do know this one was built at dan's speed shop in Victorville CA ( doubt there still there) they used the V8 Valve body in it so its got an effective stall converter in it of like 2400rpm or so, Makes some nice launches from the line =) i like the crisp shifts too. can always check out some shop wehre you are and see what they say sight unseen.
