Just an update. Super pinto has been fitted with the biggest lower pulley (Smallish crank pulley off a Ranger) and the smallest upper pulle for the blower and is seeing 10-11 LBS of boost. It fries the tires pretty good and instantly goes to full boost. Looking for ways to drive the blower faster for more boost. A jack pulley might be in the future.

What kind of blower is that?

I'm guessing Buick Riviera, but I'm probably wrong.

It's an Eaton M90 off a T-Bird SC. Using a Volvo front mount intercooler.

same one i am going to be using on mine. here is my question, is the m90 able to be Changed at all? Internals I mean. If so can someone point me in the right direction, Have the motor now sitting at my bosses in their garage. Need to know what i can change internally to make more Boost. im aiming for atleast 12-15psi not 5-8.

There is a place that will rebuild the blower "better". Cant remember the name. They rework the inlet and outlet and coat the rotors. What motor do you have? The reason this blower isn't making more boost is because we are having a hard time finding the right pulleys to speed up the blower. The blower we have (Stock) should be plenty good for 15-20 PSI efficiently on a 2.3 if we get it spinning fast enough.

Looking really good.  Got any pictures of the blower mount?

its from a 1995 t-bird SC. I have the ECU/ Wire harness and the Motor. Going to put an AoD behind it. makes i think 6lbs at max, I want to get atleast 12, I am rebuilding it with better internals, My goal is to push about 350-375 hp at the rear.

I am very interested in your mount for the m90.  I am looking at a Gm style with bottom discharge.  Any advice or pictures would be greatly appreciated.
