I am only guessing, but if the freeze plug is OK, you could have a cracked block(God forbid). You may have to take the trans out to get a good look at the back of the block. Before you do that check all your hoses, head gasket and such. Pressurize your cooling system and check for leaks. Good luck and I hope you find something simple to fix.

thats what I dont want it to be, But I cant figure out why it started leaking only after I replaced the other frost plugs i would of thought that that leak was lower then the frost plugs, esp if it is a crack in the block. and why its the same flow if its running or not.

Branden,
It appears that all of the ford 4 cylinder Pinto engines DO have a freeze plug in the back side of the block. It looks like that means you get to Pull the trans and Flywheel (manual) or Flexplate (auto) . You'll need new crank bolts for the flexplate/ flywheel and It's a great time to look for a leaking rear crank seal and fix it if necessary.
Otherwise, pull the motor and do it all on a engine stand, and save your back and knuckles.

I GOT it replaced, there is a frost plug on the back side of the block,  I lifted the car and took the tranny out, and replaced it that way,  If I had to do it again.... Id pull the motor.
