I have found a new company thru EBAY that makes Pinto dashboards. His email is bob@vehicle-interior-parts.com
Hope this helps my freinds ;D

If I am not mistaken this is a type of soft, plastic cover (as opposed to the hard plastic ones), true? It would be AWESOME if someone would make the >whole< thing (including the sub-frame and metal attachment studs).
In the meantime, I am almost done restoring mine, it's very much like doing bodywork. I have two more I'm going to put back together as well.

Well pop, how do you restore a dash?
If you are lucky :P I will write an article for the Pinto Magazine that Matt Gunter is working on. It's a rather tedious process, involves several different materials, and takes a lot of time. I can't tell you about how many hours I have already worked on mine, but I am JUST about to apply the new flexible coating and then color it.
Seriously, it's an involved process, I don't want to write it all down here, and I want to prove it out before I share it.

Here's how I did mine. Things aren't perfect though, this was my first attempt, and the vinyl 'lifted' on the left rise for the gauge cluster :(
Hope that helps. I can't wait to see how Chris' comes out.

For future followups, please refer to Carolina Boy's thread "Removing the dash cover" - I am restoring a cap and making excellent progress, I will be sharing pics within a day or two. Today I sprayed my restored cap with flexible coating, and it looks GREAT....!
