Here in North Carolina there is a twice a year car show at Charlotte Motor Speedway. It is sponsored by Food Lion. The car show features show cars, car corral, and venders.
The dates for each show: Spring, April 2nd thru 5th, 2009 and Fall, Sept. 10th thru 13th,2009
I went last year in the spring and had a blast. There were over 1500 show cars, around 300 cars in the corral for sale, and the venders :surprised:(Lord have mercy) were there venders :amazed:. I think the last count was close to 1700. You also have food venders with good prices. I put on 10 lbs. I took a Radio Flyer wagon with me and it was filled each day.
I plan to go this year to both and if everything works out I will show my car spring of 2010. ;D

I just saw this & might just have to take Harold II to it. I have cousins living about 15 minutes away from the track so I wouldn't even have to have a hotel room. Now to just mark it on my calendar. ;D
