I KNOW THERE HAS TO BE MORE PEOPLE IN CENTRAL FLA  WITH PINTOS . WE NEED TO BE SEEN AT LOCAL CAR SHOWS AND WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER . MY DAUGHTER XCOREPINTOLOVER HAS ALL MY CARS ON HER GALLERY. LETS SHOW THE CALF. PEOPLE HOW MANY FLORIDA PINTO LOVERS THERE ARE     GREGG

I went to the Silver Springs Ford Meet, and there was a Sprint Pinto there.  It was grouped together with a Sprint Mustang and a Sprint Maverick.  Too cool. The guy that owns the Pinto is a friend and he lives in the mid-West Coast area of FL. He also owns the Sprint Mustang and is restoring a Sprint Mav. The Sprint Mav that was at the show belongs to another friend who made the trip down from Maryland.Other friends came from Georgia and Alabama with their cars.

I believe the Sprint was the only Pinto at the show ... it was hard to tell though ... I believe it was over 2000 Fords in attendance.

Just wanted to clarify ... I have a 72 Mercury Comet (even though the avatar says "Pinto Driver" ... couldn't figure out how to change it ...lol). Nice board you have here ...

Set time next January to get out there (usually second week in Jan) and you get to enjoy the park too. This show is mind-blowing for any Ford nut. This year was my first time there and we only came out Saturday. Next year, we are planning on Saturday and Sunday ... too much to see in just one day.  First 1000 cars to early register get free admission to the show and two tickets to all the Silver Springs attractions.

I went to the silver springs show too , got some pics, can't get them to down load . as soon as i figure it out i will post them . I met the guy with the pinto spirt and mustang ,nice guy , he lives close but i lost his name and # .I also went this year to the turkey rod run in daytona , no pintos but there was a nice green bobcat , i got lots of pics of it will post as soon possible . I am going to try to hit local shows with my 80 pinto and my childs 79
