I believe they are all the same for all Pinto's and Bobcats.  What is wrong with yours?  I have a nice used set if you are interested.

Tigger they are all the same. 71-80 outer door handles will work. the set that is on my 75 now came off a 71(lh side) and a 78(rh side)

Thanks guys! Mine is pitted and I want show quality.. yeah i'm picky. What I meant by other vehicles was Falcon, Mustang, Bronco, Maverick, are any of those the same and what years? I can't seem to find any NOS for the Pinto or Bobcat.

Thanks,
Shelly

I don't think anything else is the same as
pinto/bobcat. I bought NOS on e-bay for about
40.00-80.00 range for mine in the last year.
That was per each side. They aren't cheap, but
if you want NEW you have to pay.I haven't seen
any on e-bay recently, but they are on every now
and then. Don't plan on finding them as a pair.
You'll probably have to buy them one at a time,
over a period of time, but they are out there.
They are made of POT METAL and it would be very
costly to have RECHROMED.

Thank you for that little bit of info, I will be asking the Chromer out here what he charges to re-chrome pot metal.

Mustangs use a pull door handle, not the button type. I was thinking of doing the conversion, but it would just be too much work.

Mid to late 60's Mustangs have the button type
