There is a yard in Spokane called Pull-And-Save off of Knox Rd. While I was in Spokane getting the Mustang II center console from a gentleman off of Craigslist, I stopped by here to see if there was anything worth salvaging off the car. Not much that I could afford, but here's what I pulled:
Still flexible, in one piece, beltline trim
Complete gauge cluster, still in one piece
Front turn signal lenses, clear
Seat belt pulley cover
All of which I got for $31.94. The I don't have pictures of the beltline trim as I have already put it on my car, and I can't find the seat belt pulley cover, but here are some shots of the gauge cluster and turn signal lenses.
I am quite surprised about how good of shape the gauges are in, especially how the paint on the dials is still in great shape!
Any chance the interior is brown (saddle)? ;D
Naw, it's a very light tan color. If it were, your car would have been the first thing that popped into my head though!
How's the luggage rack? Or the light switch inside of the tailgate?
Dave how much do you want for gauges minus black bezel due to crack in upper left corner I have plenty. Fred :)
dholvrsn, I should have checked for that while I was there, but only had 30 minutes to pull things off of it before they closed. That and I was driving back to Boise right after and it was a 9 hour drive home!
I can't check it right away, but I will probably make another road trip out there this spring and pull some more in-demand parts off of it.
Fred, what crack? The black bezel is quite solid!
Unfortunately I am using the gauge faces and needle in my own car, but the speedometer that came with this set is all messed up. The needle bounces up and down "around" the "vicinity" of what speed you are going, like my dad's '72 chevy pickup does, so i just ended up swapping the face plates and needles with the ones off my car.
I do still have the lens, the gauge well center section of the assembly, as well as the white plastic part which normally falls apart. I plan to spray the white piece down with PVC cement to make it last, as there is already some deterioration around the bulb holes and the screw holes which hold it to the black bezel.
 Thank you Dave! lol
