Does anybody know when the seat belts changed from the floor mount retractor to the retractor installed within the quarter panel? Two more questions: 1) When did the style change to the plastic cap over a black mounting ring like my 1978 has, 2) Are the sedan and wagons the same?

I've included a picture of the style of mounting cap on my 1978. If you picture that over a black ring, that's the 1978 wagon style.
