Title: 1975 Pinto distributor compatibility with 1978.

Hello,

I have to replace my 1978 distributor and found a 1975 2.3l distrib.
Distrib. # is: D5ZE-12127FA. Both are single vacuum type.

Are they compatible?

Should work I show the same replacement part number for both in my computer at work (Cardone 30-2490).
