Title: Door weatherstrip and wagon doors size difference
Post by: Mark78cat on December 22, 2008, 08:24:04 AM
Has anybody tried the door weatherstrip on ebay or know of another supplier to recomend? Also, the wagon side doors have a taller window frame? Is the side glass different on the wagon? The windshield? I've got several extra doors, hoods and fenders for a 1978 Bocat that I am going to unload at some point and I didn't know wagon parts, other than the obvious ones, were different.

Weather strip is the same it is stretched  to fit the wagon. you can also try autokrafters.com. The doors are different as the  back post is taller on the wagon  and the glass is different. there is also a difference  in the years  i think  the change was in 77/78  as to how the window   mounted to the lift mech. wind shield are the same   sedan and wagon   until 79  then it is different just in how it mounts glued in instead of  weather strip gasget.
