For once I'm ahead of the trend! I usually get in on these things after they've run their course and are declining in popularity. Now I own my Pintos and others will be going, "Gee, that would be kind of neat to have one."

I've said since I bought my 1st one in '92 that Pinto's are the ORIGINAL sport compact!
The photographer is coming out tomorrow morning to take photos of my '80 Squire for consideration for use in the article on the Pintos. I'll let you know how it goes!
The photographer for "Collectible Automobile" came out and took photos of my '80 Squire for the article on Pintos they are doing. The photographer was pretty comfortable in saying that at least one, if not more photos, of my car would be used. He said it will probably be in the issue that will come out in early December, which will actually be the February or March issue. Be on the lookout!
Hey Scott,
I have voice mailed and emailed Ben twice each in the past week and haven't heard from him. Did you get pretty quick response from him?
He originally emailed me, having visited my site and sounded interested. Hmmm.
Dave
Dave,
His shedule was pretty tight & he was moving fast to meet his deadline. When I spoke to him on the phone I specifically told him about your site & your cars & he said he would contact you that day.
I can olny suspect that the deadline has passed,
Hey Scott,
Yep, the deadline has come. Ben called me this morning. I was out of town for 2 weeks when he posted and had no internet connectivity. I sure hate that.
Thanks so much for the reference. I really appreciate it. I told him his article in February will surely spark interest in our cars and maybe I will get another chance.
Long live the Pinto!
Dave
I have this article if you want it to post on the site Scott.
