Title: '71 2.0L - Dual Carb and Oil Separator Question
Post by: Nakturnal99 on November 11, 2008, 05:35:31 PM
I am looking to install a dual  carb setup using an edelbrock fp-1(2820) intake and have been unable to locate an information on installation of this intake in regards to fuel lines and other hoses.  I have also noticed that my oil separator has come apart from the block - will i need this with the swap?  If so where can I locate one?  Thanks for your time and help.

Unless you just want the 2 carb look, polish that fp-1 and put it on the shelf. The stock intake with a little grinding in the plenum and port match, along with a rejetted 5200 holley/weber performs much better. Just my experience. I think i used 6 cyl chevy rochesters (recommended at the time). The fuel line was a simple T-fitting from the stock line to both carbs. Good luck!! JT
