Now that i have been Kinda pushing myself to work on my car a little more its starting to come together.
I got the roof rack off and shipped to popbumper(chris) and started taking off the Front end parts(head light bezel, lights Ect) Sanded and Primed one head light bezel, the other I have to drill a Screw out of it. only way i will get it off without damage, Used HoC light grey Primer, wet sanded, re-primered, sanded and put a fresh coat of Med Burgundy Metallic on it. Looks nice, http://s367.photobucket.com/albums/oo116/75bobcatv6/ (http://s367.photobucket.com/albums/oo116/75bobcatv6/) Here is my Photobucket. I am adding alot there so give it time =)
Looking good!!! I had a '79 that I added the side panels to, and loved it.
Chris
Its been alot of work, And i have a long way to go, I will get pics once i remove the motor/trans and start removing the Wiring harness. I have to adapt a Harness from a 1995 Mustang into the car for the new motor/trans. I am putting a Supercharged 3.8 Litre v6 into the car. Without having to make Custom Motor mounts. I will explain that later.
Looks like it's really coming along there. That sounds like it will be a good engine setup. Lookin forward to more pics of it.
thanks R4, A lot of work and alot of time will go into this. I'm Picking up the mounts next month, Part of my X-mas bonus will go into the bobcat, Believe it or not the mounts im Using are the 2.3l mounts. Both are left side mounts. With just a small amount of work it will clear and bolt in, and I dont have to look into Re-doing the oil pan, as the motor came from a 95. its just far enough to clear the rack so that makes me happy, Next thing to sort out is the Wiring....... :hypno:
I will also be using the 8 in rear from the same mustang, and converting the Bobcat to 4 wheel Disc brakes
