Pinto Car Club of America

I spotted an orange 72 with white rockers today while driving around town looking for a job. I stopped by and asked who owned it and we chatted for about 10 minutes about the car and my own little 78 Sedan. His Pinto is in great shape given it's age, and parking my 78 Sedan next to it, I didn't realize how small the early models really seem compared to late models. Maybe it was the color that threw it off???

Anyhow, after checking out his car I went back in to thank him or letting me examine his Pinto and invited him to come join us here at fordpinto.com! He said he had never hear of it before, but he knows that there is interest in the car as he has received several notes on the windows asking for it.

Hopefully he joins us and we can put enough interest into the Pinto world for him that he'll keep the car around as long as he possibly can and keep it on the road for everyone to enjoy. :D
