Greetings! I registered a year or so ago and have been hanging out absorbing the atmosphere and the knowledge.
I'm an old-time hot rodder. My screen name is from my (flathead) banger-powered "lakes modified" Model A done in the style of what was being run on the streets of SoCal and on the dry lakes just before World War II.

I have a number of early Ford projects/running-driving vehicles: '27 T roadster banger-powered Bonneville project, chopped channeled '31 A tudor project, '54 Ford sedan delivery project, '60 F100 panel (Union Pacific Railroad special order) daily driver powered by '94 Mustang 5.0.
I had a '72 or '73 Pinto wagon in the very early '80's, a '78 Cruising Wagon in the early '90's, and now have '77 CW that sat in a field for 20 years that I've been slowly getting back in shape for the last year. I'll do a thread on it next.
Anyway. Glad to have been lurking and even gladder to be making this intro.
Mike
