I know this has been asked countless times, but I didn't see an answer in any of the archives.
Will a 2.3 bolt up in a 72 without fabricating?
I was going to do a 2.0 blow through carb set up, but said to hell with it. If it is too much of a hassle, I'll keep the 2.0 stock and just drive it--it does run good, just not the quickest thing on four wheels.
Thanks

No.
It will bolt to the tranny with stepped dowel pins (I sell them), but you will need to get the frame side engine mount brackets from a later car and 'fab' them in (bolt or weld). You will also have hood and radiator clearence issues to work with. IMHO: Not the worst things.

Thanks for the reply. I guess the old girl will stay a stock 2.0 then.
I have a 2.0 turbo exhaust manifold, an Offy intake and a 350cfm 2bbl carb if anyone is interested. The turbo exhaust manifold is an NOS piece- never used.
"The turbo exhaust manifold is an NOS piece- never used." ?

If this is a question, then yes--it is a true NOS turbo manifold for a 2.0l.
who manufactured it? any casting marks or logos?
There are no casting numbers on the manifold, but I was told Accel made it. I never knew Accel made such pieces, but the person I bought it from could be wrong.
For those that are curious, I want $225.00 plus shipping for the manifold. That is what I paid for it about a year and a half ago. The price is not negotiable--if I can't get what I paid for it I will just leave it on the shelf.
I also have a Subaru turbocharger (manufactured by Mitsubishi--a TD04L) that I was going to adapt over for the manifold's bolt pattern. It is used, but in good condition. The turbo is water-cooled and oil-fed. I have $100.00 plus shipping in it, and am asking the same. I just want to break even on these parts.
