any body know where i can find an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for a fuel injected 2.3 in an 89 mustang? I put a cam in my mustang and since it doesn't have much vacuum at idle it is running super rich.

I would look at Jegs perhaps Checkers Performance department. Else you might have to Adapt one for another year frame or a larger motor.

And there is this one as well. this is an EFI based one but its more Costly

According to the Autozone web site, the 5.0 and the 2.3 take the same regulator, so I wood start looking for the more common 5.0 one with the aftermarket guys.
I used to own a Mallory and the adjustment part affected the high side with the vacuum hose disconnected so I kinda confused how this will only repair your idle problem.

Just about all the throttle body injected fords have adjustable regulators just pop the little cap off the top the adj screw is under the cap.
