i so would have payed 23$
I paid $40 plus s&h for an old MPC 78 Pinto kit about 3 years ago on e-bay, started at $9.00 and within 24 hours was at $38. Glad to see someone got a good deal! I build model cars too, wierd stuff, like Fiat 500, Ford EXP, Chevy Citation, you know, just not a Corvette kind of guy

No 1 will know if that was a good deal until you here ship price. I bought a door window on e-bay for $20.00 and an extra $87.00 for shipping. So that was a $107.00 window. Fred ??? :)

no worries,.. hes not a pinto nut.
Someone got a good buy provided the shipping was reasonable. I saw one go for $110.00 a while back!! Lucky me, I have two safely packed away, but when I think of all the Pinto stuff I threw away in the eighties when I was cutting them up to build dirt modifieds..... :'(
