so if have any questions just ask
thanks. :)
Update.
So i got my two 6 X 9's in the back.
then two more 6 X 9's in the front untill i get another kick panel, the left one is missing.
so then i can put two 6 X 5's in the kick panels.
Got a 300 Watt Amp.
And one 10 in audiopipe Sub in the back.
Will post pics tomarrow.
I had a 75 for a while, it died just short of 200,000 miles. funny how little things get changed over the years. My air cleaner isn't painted and my speedometer only goes up to 85 mph. yours isn't bad looking. I miss the hatchback, my current car has a trunk instead
yeah its a great car.
my speedomeder reads like around 48,00 miles
but i'm wondering if it roles over when it hites a certin point
it goes up to 99,999 miles so at 100,000 it will read 00000
Well, its been like 2 hours and I haven't heard back from you, so your stereo works now, right? Check out the pics of the speakers in my kickpanels (these are 5 1/4")and what I did with my stereo in "Your Projects", I cut quite a bit out of the chewed up plastic plate and "grafted" in a plate from a mounting kit for acura/infinit from wal-mart using my favorite adhesive, Permatex RTV. When you're ready to install your amp and more speakers let me know!
Chuck
yeah i got it put in and everything works great, except that speaker is very anoying lol
next project, Speakers And Subs.
Thanks Alot Man
Got it all put in.
Still need the wiring kit.
But heres what it looks like.
Lookin' good!
What type of "wiring kit" are you going to be using?
For my system I just pulled wires for each of the rear speakers to the deck, a remote wire for the amp and a 12V line (fused at the battery) to the trunk. For my front speakers, I just pulled more wires from the deck to the kick panels. The deck power and ground just came from the existing power wire which I cut the connector off of and crimped on a but connector to.
Did you have to repair your sub's cone? Is that why it is white? (I've never seen a sub with an all white cone before)
Looks good Joe!
