The only one I see listed on Ebay is $177... That sounds a bit over priced to me...
I've been keeping my eye open on Ebay... I used to see a couple evey few weeks... but now that I own my bobcat... they're not popping up... Just my Luck... hehe...

prices will continue to rise for those.....thay are scarce and in demand!

Mike,

Try your local boneyard.  Ask for a C4 from an '82 Mustang with 2.3.  That's how I found mine, got the entire trans. for $75.  Good Luck
